The special CBI court has posted the AP CM Jagan’s case for 17nth of this month. Jagan was earlier arrested and put in Jail in 2012 for various cases and now the investigation is going in 6 cases pertaining to Jagan’s Disproportionate assets and ED is also probing into the matter.

The investigation went on for about two hours in this case and Jagan attended the same. The political circles are talking about the CM of AP attending the court in Hyderabad apart from the three capital issue.

Jagan today again appealed to the court that he should be excluded from attending the court in person. But the CBI judge is said to have ordered that Jagan must in person attend the court.

He has to come to the court on 17nth. The Judge did not agree with the argument o Jagan and suggest that the CM should attend the court next Friday.

On the other hand, cases are pending against Jagan’s Mother Vijayamma and also sister Sharmila. They must also attend the court in different cases.

There is an element of dilemma in the YSRC circles, and they are in discussion as to what would be the future of the YSRC and the state of AP if Jagan goes to Jail.

It is learnt that Vijay Sai Reddy the number two man in YSRC party is trying to get in touch with the PM to see that Jagan gets bail in the case again.
