AP CM Jaganmohan Reddy and his wife Bharathi have not responded to the chargesheet filed by the CBI in the murder case of former MP and Minister Vivekananda Reddy.

There is a talk that CM and his wife could be called for questioning by the CBI. The evidence shows that the CM and his wife received the information about the murder very early in the morning.

Avinash Reddy the YSRC MP on the other hand, urged the CBI director to rectify any mistakes made by Ramsingh during the investigation and ensure that the real culprits behind the murder are identified and brought to justice.

The letter highlights the concerns and questions raised by Avinash regarding the investigation into the high-profile murder case. Perhaps this is the first case where the accused have filed a case against a CBI officer.

Avinash tried all the tricks but could not wriggle out of the case. The evidence given by Sunitha the daughter of Vivekananda Reddy implicates Avinash as one of the culprits in the murder case.

It is reported that the CBI is also looking into the murder from a different angle along with the political angle. All are questioning the CBI as to why they are not questioning Vijay Sai the MP who first announced to the media that Viveka died due to a heart attack.

Later CM Jagan also explained to the media how the former MP was killed and dragged into the bathroom as if he has seen it in real.
