Leaders of all political parties in Andhra Pradesh today demanded that Amaravathi must continue as the Capital for the state. The BJP which is considered to be the main opposition here in AP also clarified that they support Amaravathi as the capital as decided earlier.
A meeting was conducted under the leadership of N Chandrababu Naidu the LOP. Babu had the darshan of Kanakadurra at Vijayawada and then addressed the public meeting here.
The agitation for Amaravathi which entered 366th day will remain in the History he opined. Jagan is a fake CM who supported Amaravathi with 30000 acres and now making a U turn Babu stated.
They are stopping a LOP and this is anarchy he said. 19 months passed and what did the YSRC Government do he questioned? Jagan must agree that he has done a mistake and seek apology from the people of Andhra he demanded.
YSRC will become a history in the near future he cursed. Amaravathi is also the capital of gods and now it is the capital for Andhra people and no one can stall this process Chandrababu said.
All political parties are with the sentiments of the people, but Jagan is going against the interest of the people he alleged. There is no other location and centralised place like Amaravathi he said.
Babu was confident that the TDP would come to power and Amaravathi will be the capital of the state of Andhra Pradesh.
