The AP Government has issued a notification with thirteen new districts. Tirupati will have Sri Balaji District. Puttaparthi will have Satya Sai district.
This will create new revenue divisions and each parliament constituency will have seven assembly constituencies. YSR Kadapah was already there.
Thirteen districts were existing and thirteen more districts were added with more revenue divisions. The idea is to improve Governance by increasing the revenue divisions across the state.
Some constituencies have also been reorganised. Meanwhile, the AP Government has celebrated republic day at Inidraganhi Stadium and the flag was hoisted by Governor Vishwabusan Harichandan.
While the Government has increased the revenue divisions, the revenue of the state is in deep crisis. The employees have served strike notice to the Government.
