There is a talk that KCR is confident of getting a hattrick win in Telangana. The Congress win in Karnataka will definitely reflect in Telangana elections and the Congress will take some seats which were expected by the BJP.
Both BJP and the Congress will split the vote with the Congress having the upper hand and this will lead to the win of BRS for the third time in Telangana.
KCR seems to be accepting that people in the state are not happy with the BRS rule to some extent but strongly believes that the anti-BRS votes would get split between Congress and BJP.
KCR is confident that the splitting of votes would push his party to power again. However, the Muslim vote will go for the BRS. This will add to the vote of the number of BRS and the party will come to power easily.
The Congress will definitely take the sting out of the BJP and this is a clear advantage to the BRS. At the same time, the BRS Government might come up with some more welfare schemes for the people of Telangana resulting in some more votes.
The percentage of votes will come down for the BRS, but the number of seats that it would get will be sufficient for forming the Government along with the MIM.
