Planning to sell food to the Pilgrims on Tirumala is a wrong decision being considered by the TTD. TTD Chief Subba Reddy must immediately stop this idea of organic food.
The TTD must continue the age-old traditional rice which must fill the bellies of the pilgrims. Hot steaming sambar service with white rice must continue.
The people love it. Pilgrims coming to TTD take at as a Prasadam. Vijayaram the Emerald sweets businessman who has given TTD the idea in the name of health is nothing but making money.
He wants to loot the TTD money. Just pushing his produce to the TTD and taking the bills from TTD. Crores of money were donated by the pilgrims for the sake of free food service.
The TTD can use that money and should not think of selling the food to the pilgrims. The TTD Chief and board members are approving bills in the name of giving free milk and Upma to the pilgrims.
There is no proof as to what was teh quantity given, but the bills are huge. The Laddu counters were given to the private parties. Now the food counters will go to the private parties.
No one wants this so-called organic food. People want traditional steaming hot food on a free basis. Instead, they can sell breakfast or Tea at a cheaper rate for commercial purposes.
Subbareddy hiked the room rents and made them double. Stopped the free darshan in the name of Corona. Started selling the Rs 300 tickets of darshan left and right.
