Darling Prabhas will also compete with his movie Adipurush for the coming Sankranthi.
While T-series is hell-bent on releasing Adipurush on Jan 12th, already Telugu box office is flocked with other big movies like Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya, Balayya’s Veera Simha Reddy and Akhil’s Agent primarily.
Mega-producer Dil Raju is gearing up for the release of Vijay’s Varisu, which will be released in Telugu as well on the same day as Varasudu.
There could be a dubbing version of a Kannada movie also like Kantara.
Even Sandalwood is likely to see some big heroes targeting the box office on Sankranthi eve. Owing to all these factors, now some big distributors are said to have reached out to Adipurush producers to either prepone or postpone the release date of the film.
Now Dil Raju is planning to sit with producers and chalk out the strategy for releasing the films. The idea is to see that there is a gap of at least one week between the films.
