Bandla Ganesh the producer who has grown from rags to riches is very these days. After the success of Temper he is busy with story sittings and wants to encourage new directors and wants to do small budget movies it is reported.
He is very happy with Puri Jagannadh as he has given him Temper in a limited budget and in the stipulated time with all budget control name and fame.
Overwhelmed with the success of Temper, Bandla gave a costly gift to Puri worth about 45 lakhs. The gift is a lighter studded with diamonds. Bandla wants Puri to remember him whenever he lights a cigarette.
We have not seen Puri smoking openly, but Bandla has given him a diamond studded lighter. People were actually surprised at the great gesture of Bandla, some of them questioned as why such a costly gift.
Bandla said Puri should do more movies with him and when ever he lights the lighter,he must remember Bandla. But the Income tax people have got information about the costly lighter and then conducted raids at the houses and offices of Bandla.
Finally the matter was settled. His friends suggested that instead of lighter, at 44 lakhs Bandla should have done something else for Puri. But these days Bandla is flying we cant help it.
