Peddi Reddy the Minister of AP said that the withdrawal of the bills was due to technical reasons and this is just an interval he stated. The movie is still left this is just an interval he opined.

There are a lot of technical and legal glitches for the Government in implementing the bills as introduced before. That is the reason they have withdrawn the bills for the time being.
