March 11nth results will decide as to who would be the next PM of India. The UP results will also indicate if BJP will continue and if Narendra Modi will lead the country after 2019.

The demonetisation will be central theme of the election campaign. The BJP will harp on corruption, family rule and digitisation. The SP, Congress and the BSP will talk about the common man and his trouble due to demonetisation.

If UP agrees with Modis decision of demonetisation then there is no looking for the BJP . If people believe in taxation and eradication of corruption via digital currency they might opt for BJP.

Modi is confident with the crowds that have turned up for the Lunknow rally. But you cannot take the crowd for granted. All the political parties including the BJP agree that the poor people were troubled since last two months and the same continues.

With no compromise formula in sight, the warring groups of son and father might contest the elections separately it looks like. This is nothing advantage BJP and vote of SP is bound to split. The Congress is groping in the dark and they do not know whom to join and who to fight with.

They are talking about Priyankas campaign so on and so forth. The way Rahul the VP of the congress went and surrendered to the PM in his office says it all. It looks like the Congress may join hands with Akhilesh in case of a split with his father.

Modi

On the other hand Mayawathi who was dependent on Brahmins earlier is now leaning towards Muslims. She has giving good number of seats to Muslims and is confident. But the real thing is that the BJP has got 70 MPs here in UP and they are working overtime to get the majority in UP out of the 403 seats going for voting.

With SP heading for a split it could be between the BJP and the BSP in UP as things stand.
