Chief Minister K.Chandrashekhar Rao will be leaving for New Delhi, accompanied by senior officers this evening after the meeting with lawmakers here in Hyderabad at Telangana Bhavan.
But there are speculations this trip could be to decide on the early polls in Telangana. KCR would brief the PM on the mood of the Ministers and the MLAs in the state and take a final call on the proposed poll.
KCR is confident of winning the election while the Ministers are sceptical of this. The MLAs do not want an early poll. So this trip of CM to rush to Delhi is more political in nature than for seeking things for the state.
This is the second trip of KCR to meet the PM Modi. It is not easy to get the appointment of PM two times in a month. That means there is something more than being predicted by us.
It cannot be just the pending projects as being thought of by the media circles. The CM will meet The Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other Union Ministers to discuss various pending issues concerned to the State. The Chief Minister is of the view, that, despite several appeals from the State Government the response from the central is not as expected.
The CM has decided to go to Delhi personally and stay there for a couple of days and meet the Prime Minister and other Ministers to discuss the issues and get approvals. The important among all is the long pending approval of the Zonal system to be created in Telangana State.
