The Jubilee hills rape accused’s family members are still trying to negotiate with the rape victim’s family through a few influential people, but the survivor’s family has been steadfast.
There is a talk that the sons of the influential people will go scot-free in the name of lack of evidence. They were seen quoting the example of MIM floor leader Akbaruddin Owaisi who was left scot-free after challenging the Indians and abusing Gods Rama ad Seeta in open in a loudspeaker.
Now the rape victim’s family has refused to give in to the pressure and has urged that the rapists be punished severely. The investigation is going on in a systematic fashion, but the BJP MLA has alleged that the so-called minors were majors and that they produced false proof of Aadhar cards.
The SSC certificates must be verified to evaluate the age of the accused he suggested. The BJP MLA is planning to move the Supreme court in this regard.
On 28th May 2022, a 17-year-old minor girl had gone to attend a party at the Amnesia and Insomnia Pub in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The party was hosted by two of her friends.
Some other boys also had met her in the same pub, from where she was taken in a Mercedes car and allegedly gang-raped by the accused. The Mercedes car in which the girl left the pub belongs to a MIM MLA and an Innova car in which the crime took place belonged to a Waqf Board functionary.
But there are also allegations that the Innova belonged to the Home Minister and was used by his grandson. Earlier a TRS MLAs son was involved in a car accident where a small kid was killed.
But the case went the other way. We have to see how far justice would be done to the minor girl who was brutally raped and molested by the sons of highly influential people.
