It looks like the out going Rail Minister Suresh Prabhu is frustrated and angry. One can see who he just dumped away the bouquet given by the incoming minister Piyush Goel.
But Piyush said that he will take the guidance of Suresh for the betterment of Railways in general.
They were friends and worked together since last 15 years. Piyush said that Suresh was his mentor and thanked him for the same.
