Senior YSRC leaders and MP Vijay Sai Reddy stated that all the decisions taken by the YSRC Government have the blessings of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He talked as if Jagan was guided by the BJP from the centre.
The issue is about the reverse tendering process of the Polavaram and other projects. The decision taken by the YSRC Government in terms of reverse tendering has boom ranged. All the committees including the court have found fault with the AP Government saying that there was no need for reverse tendering.
The reverse process would delay the project and also escalate the cost the central Government suggested. The water resources department was also against the decisonso of the state Government.
The officials have confirmed that there was nothing to probe into the tenders called earlier and that there was no mistake on the part of the contractors also. Now that the YSRC Government has no option, they have started shifting the blame on the central government and the Prime Minister in particular.
The BJP leaders who recently joined from the TDP have clarified that the YSRC Government has not taken any confirmation or suggestion from the central government before going for the reverse tenders of the Polaravaram project and other packages.
The YSRC Government is in a fix over the issue. The experts are of the opinion that there was no mistake from the earlier TDP Government in awarding the tenders. Now it is proved beyond doubt that the YSRC government deliberately was trying to malign Chandrababu and TDP Government.
