There is a talk that Kalki is an inspiration from the popular movie called The 10 Commandments. Ten Commandments is a super hit movie which is still popular these days.
The first poster shows that Prabahas standing in the poster looks like the Ten Commandments. The director Nag Ashwin says that he is not fully satisfied with the technology that he is being offered.
The director also says that it influences Mahabharata. Rajendra Prasad the senior actor from Tollywood has joined the shooting recently. Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Hassan are also working on the movie.
It is being publicised as an International movie. The Budget is also very high and the expectations are also very high. There is a talk that Singeetham Srinivas Rao the senior director is also working with Naga Aswhin as advisor.
Prabhas looks in a different avatar altogether. Right now he is riding on the success wave called Salaar. The final work of the movie Kalki is going on a war footing basis here at Ramoji Film City.
The movie is done mostly indoors and with high levels of technology. Senior producer Ashwini Dutt is supervising the project.
