Like NTR biopic the YSR biopic is also going on at a brisk pace. Some interesting selections have been made for the movie in the recent times it is reported.
Suhasini the wife of Maniratnam will play the role of Chevella chellemma Sabitha Indra Reddy. YS Rajasekhar Reddy used to call her Chelamma from Chevelle and she was the minister for home and mines.
The other crucial role Sureedu the personal assistant of YSR is being played by Posani Krsishnamurali it is reported. Sureedu was like a shadow to the CM , but he was sent away by YSR, when he was to board the board the chopper which crashed with YSR.
Bhoomika Chawla will be Sharmila the daughter of YSR. She played the crucial role when Jagan was in Jail. Interestingly the role of Jagan is played by the popular hero Suriya.
Anasuya was also selected for a role and it is under wraps . They are keeping it a secret. Mamooty the Malayalam star is playing the YSR the main role. The movie is being made with a budget of around 30 crore. Ashritha of Baahubali fame is playing the role of Vijayamma the wife of YSR.
Suriya agreed to play the role of Jagan as they are very good friends.
