The postal ballot and the initial trends in the counting show that the BJP is in the lead in the GHMC elections. In some places both the BJP and the TRS are neck to neck.
The BJP is leading in 9 places while TRS is leading in 5 divisions. These are only initial trends. The TDP has got no votes in the postal ballot while the Congress has few votes in some places.
The BJP leaders not only have filed complaints with the SEC and also in the court. The BJP,Congress and the TDP have alleged that the MIM and the TRS rigged the polling in the last hour at many booths in the old and outskirts.
The postal ballot shows neck to neck voting and in some places the BJP is leading. Votes for marked for NOTA also in some places. The opposition has also charged that the Police and SEC were hand in glove with Government and they favoured the TRS in the election.
Out of the 28 divisions BJP is leading in 20 places while the TRS is leading in 9 places. This shows that the employees are against the TRS Government.
If the same trend continues in regular voting also, then the BJP might get the lead.
