In less than four hour time India and England will clash again at the Barbati stadium, in Cuttak. Having chased a huge 351 in the first one at the MCA stadium Pune, certainly India’s confidence levels must be pretty high. And the good news we discussed earlier is that bench strength is living upto the expectations. We saw Kedar Jadhav, scoring a brilliant century and he must have really enjoyed the partnership with his captain Kohli, who too came up with yet another ton in one-dayers.

Whether India is going make any changes is the question now. The only one if the team management would like to is, giving rest to Ashwin and bring Amit Misra for variety. Ashwin is not the same bowler these days in the limited versions and it wont be a bad idea if Misra is preferred to him. He of course has been India’s most successful bowler in Tests in the last one and half years. But a bit of rest might help him to comeback with vengence.

India might go with Shikar and Rahul to open and I don’t think there will be any changes in the batting order. Depending on the situation, if the captain feels Dhoni may be promoted to No.4.

Hardik too played a key role with his all-round show, while Bumrah looked a bit off colour. But for sure Kohli will stick to the same line-up.

England have lost of worries at the moment. No body might have expected that a team after scoring 350 would lose just like that. They bowled pretty badly in the middle overs and they have got to work on that.

In batting too they have some problems in the middle order. Captain Morgan is yet to strike his own form. Root and Roy played some brilliant cricket and you can’t always depend on them. Hales is of course a very good limited overs player, but was unfortunate to be run out in the first match. Hope Morgan will strike form to see his side level the 3-match series.
