Imran Khan the Pakistan Prime Minister came in defend of the Punjab Minister from India Navjyot Singh and said that it was very unfortunate that people were talking against Sidhu.
He said that Sidhu was a goodwill ambassador to Pakistan and it helps in the peace process and friendship process. This will lead to the development of relations between India and Pakistan he opined. He thanked Sidhu for attending the oath-taking ceremony.
To move forward Pakistan and India must have dialogue and resolve the conflicts he stated.
Those in India who targeted Sidhu are doing a great disservice to peace and the subcontinent he opined. Without peace, the people cannot progress he said.
