The Loss was minimal due to heavy rains in the state said CM K Chandrasekhar Rao here. He was addressing a press conference here at the state secretariat. There will be no water issue for the next 2 years he said. He said that the Government officials will not take any leave and they will work for the welfare of the public he said.
Life loss was prevented to a greater extent he stated. There was no inundation to a larger extent he opined. Even in Hyderabad evacuation was very less he said. This is not new to the Government and I am well versed with this he stated. International city cannot be made overnight it will take another 10 years he said.
There are 28000 illegal construciton he explained. There are some government buildings also he explained. We need around Rs 20000 crore to develop the city he stated. Illegal encroachments have to removed at any cost the CM said. The rains could be here for another 20 days according to the chief Minister.
Even in October we will have rains he said. Permanent measures have to be taken for the protection of the roads he said. The rains were boyond the human control he stated. He was happy that many of the projecs have filled up to the brim. The encorahers will have to be evicted and they will get double bed rooms from the Government he explained.
Flying squad and the police teams will demolish the illegal constructions at the nalas he said. He also advised the media not create a mountain our of a mole. The issues will be resolved, the ministers and the officials is at it he stated.
Both the Congress and TDP helped the encroachers he said. The opposition also must co-operate with the Government in the demolish of illegal constructions he urged. There is no way it has to be done he said.
