The real estate prices in Hyderabad have gone up by 30 per cent. This was stated none other than the former chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N Chandrababu Naidu. He charged that there was no sand in Andhra Pradesh and the result was that the real estate has gone back by 3 years here. The State Government of AP under Jagan Mohan Reddy has taken the state back in development.
Now the people of AP want to come to Hyderabad for better living and business he said. The sand is being sold in bags and this never happened before. The investors are going back the projects are not moving forward.
The result is that people are looking back to Hyderabad and Telangana as there is some stability here. The TDP has staged a dharna for the sake of sand here. The contractors have stopped the constructions as there was no sand.
Some people who wanted to invest in Andhra are now looking at Telangana as it was better than the Jagan’s administration the TDP leaders opined. The TDP chief Babu is also planning to work in Telangana again apart from Andhra Pradesh.
Apollo Vice President Shoba Kamineni also said that the conditions in Telangana were better when compared to other states. She said that both KCR and KTR have developed Hyderabad in particular and Telangana in General.
Now Chandrababu has indirectly certifed the TS Government by saying that the people of AP were looking at Hyderabad and want to come back. The real estate sector is also looking at Telangana and Hyderabad.
