People blamed Hydra for the slowdown in the real estate business.

It might have slowed down here and there, but when it comes to rankings it is on the top. It is still the best city to work and survive. Employees prefer Hyderabad when compared to other cities for the transfers.

CM Revanth being a realor by himself wants to develop Hyderabad in many ways apart from the expansion. Hyderabad has been ranked as the top city in India Prime City Index 2024 report, released by Real estate consultant Knight Frank India on Tuesday.
In the socio-economic category, Bengaluru secured the first position followed by Hyderabad and Mumbai.Hyderabad stood first in the real estate rankings with Bengaluru and Mumbai taking second and third spots, respectively. In terms of physical infrastructure, Delhi-NCR claimed the top position while Hyderabad and Mumbai stood at second and third places.
