The cost of living is also low in Hyderabad and the rents are affordable. That is why people who come to Hyderabad are sticking to Hyderabad and they are not preferring other destinations for Jobs.
The survey which was done in different parameters shows that the issues in Hyderabad are less when compared to other big cities and the youth are preferring Hyderabad over other cities. The IT employees are sticking to the city. They are able to move at a faster pace and get a house for rent and also purchase at a lesser price when compared to all other metros in the country.
The salaries here are 20 percent less than other metros but amenities wise, security wise, food wise Hyderabad is far better than other metros. That is why this is most prefered destination for the software employees.
The migration of workers from Hyderabad is about 40 percent less than other cities. The attrition rate is low. The cost of living is low.
Better transport facilities, good climate and food facilities, better law and order are the hallmarks of this city of minarets.
