The murder of a son and mother is taking an interesting turn. There are allegations that her husband could have done this and is trying to pass the buck in the name of hate crimes and the present scenario of America.
A mother aged 40 by name Sasikala from Andhra pradesh was killed along with her son in New Jersey. The reason is yet to be ascertained. There is no official confirmation as yet over the matter. The incident has created ripples in the Telugu states and the matter has been reported the CM of AP Nara Chandrababu Naidu.
It may be noted that earlier both the Telugu CMS KCR and Babu have written to the PM Modi to take up the issue with the President of USA Donald Trump. The matter was taken to the Notice of Union Minister Sushma Swaraj and an official confirmation is awaited in this regard.
Earlier a Sikh man was shot at in his driveway in Kent, Washington district by a masked assailant who shouted at him to “go back to your own country”, days after an Indian engineer, Srinivas Kuchibhotla was shot dead at a bar in Kansas.
The masked assailant walked up to the victim, a 39-year-old Sikh who was working on his car in the driveway, had an argument with him following which he shot him on the arm, and told him to return to his country.
A few days ago, an Indian-origin businessman was shot outside his house in South Carolina.
