Salman is a fitness freak, there is no doubt about it. In fact all the film stars want to maintain like him. But that is not so easy. You have to eat right things, sleep for more than 8 hours and then take rest when required.

But is this possible for a movie star. No not at all. Salman is one star, when ever he gets time , he exercises in one form or the other. Salman Bhai the Sultan loves cycling, and often cycles for three hours to a destination near Mumbai.

When it comes to food,Salman has always had a weakness for Indian and Italian cuisine, but ever since Manish Advilkar took the role of his gym trainer, Salman’s diet plan was completely restructured. The Bajrangi hero now follows a strict protein-rich diet comprising fish, egg whites, meat and milk to complement his intense fitness regimen. No one will think he is 50.Salman in the morning starts his day with four egg whites and low-fat milk.

His lunch usually includes five chapatis, grilled vegetables and salad. When he feels to have a snack , he reaches out for a protein bar and a handful of nuts.The Bajrangi Bhaijaan star starts his cardio session by running on the treadmill for 15 minutes, and then moves onto the abs circuit which includes crunches, reverse crunches, back extensions and side planks.

Salman starts his workout with warm up exercises such as jumping jacks, squats and push ups. He performs deadlifts for defining his back and leg muscles, and does the bend press for his chest and biceps. He performs 4 sets of 6-8 reps for his arms, and 6 sets of 12-14 reps for his chest.
To conclude his workout, Salman runs on the treadmill.
