Hyderabad Metro waterworks and sewerage board Managing director Dana Kishore has taken by the Green India Challenge started by the TRS MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar.
Dana Kishore planted saplings and water them. He also has given the Challenge to three other officials in waterworks. Perhaps Santosh Kumar is one lawmaker who has been very successful in starting the green challenge and also inspiring people from all walks of life to take up the challenge and plant saplings.
It is not only planting three saplings, but also challenging and inspiring others to do the same. S ar about 5 crore saplings were planted by people from various sections of the society.
The Green India challenge is being talked about in the Lok Sabha and Rajya sabha also. Many lawmakers and Union Ministers have planted the saplings taking the challenge.
They complimented Santosh for taking up the same which would protect the environment and stop the pollution in a big way. The green challenge is not only taken up in India but also in other countries across the world. The Telugu people and the TRS cadres are planting saplings in a big way as part fo the green India challenge.
