HM tables J and K Bill in Lok Sabha

Home Minister Amit Shah today has tabled the J and K reorganisation bill in Lok Sabha. Amit Shah in this context said that they were ready to lay their lives for the development of Jammu and Kashmir.

Shah assured the members that he would answer all the questions of the members. He wanted a healthy discussion over the issue and advised the members not to create ruckus in the parliament.

The Parliament has all the rights to make the laws of Jammu and Kashmir said Amit Shah. We do not need any permission from the UN he stated.

J and K is the integral part of India he said. POK and Aksai Cin are part of j and K he stated. MPs Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi were present in the Lok Sabha when the bill was presented by Minister for Home.

Later Congress leader Manish Tiwari led the discussion for the Congress party. Tiwari said that Telangana was formed after due consultations and discussions.

While the members of the Opposition were agitated Speaker OM Birla has advised the members to maintain decorum in the house and also get the clarifications. Like in RS, the Home Minister tore into the opposition and tabled the bill here in the Loksabha.
