High Court supports KCR-Dissolution is right

The High Court today has struck down the petitions filed by Congress leader DK Aruna and Sashan k Reddy questioning the dissolution of the Assembly. They filed a petition seeking the intervention of the court and opined that the dissolution of the Assembly by the TRS Government was wrong.

The other cases against the KCR and his government in questioning the voter’s list and other issues were also struck down by the Court. The cases filed by Congress leader Marri Sashidhar Reddy were also not entertained by the court.

With this, it is clear that the elections would be held on time as per the schedule declared by the Chief election commissioner. The election would be held on December 7 and the results would be announced on December 11.

The Congress leaders who dared TRS and KCR to go for the polls were taken aback when KCR dissolved the assembly and also announced the list of 105 candidates. Unable to cope up with sudden impact given by KCR, the Congress leaders have started filing writs in the court, But the court did not entertain them.
