The High Court has become very serious with the AP Government and its police for not implementing the orders as stated. The Court earlier ordered that the medical report of YSRC MP should be submitted to the court and he should be sent to Ramesh Hospital.
But the Government and police have not submitted the medical report on time and have sent the MP to Jail instead of Ramesh Hospital. The MP was forced to go to Supreme Court for justice and he was shifted to Army Hospital in Secunderabad.
But the High Court advocate Umesh Chandra has stated that they have in fact filed the counters in this case. But the reality is that the CID police has not submitted the report from the Hospital to the court on time.
They also did not shift Raju to the Ramesh Hospital as directed. They lodged him in the jail instead. In this fashion the police and the Government did not bother to follow the orders of the Court.
Now the court has directed the police and the AP Government to explain as why it should not be considered as the contempt of the Court. The entire opposition including the LOP Chandrababu Naidu came in support of Raju and written to the Home Ministery and also the President of India to come to the rescue of Raju.
