High Court says no to Avinash

There is a talk that Avinash the accused being projected as a witness in the murder case of former MP Vivekananda Reddy is planning to approach the Supreme Court to wriggle out of the case.

The High Court pronounced its verdict, dismissing Avinash’s writ petition, and his request for questioning in the presence of his personal advocate was also turned down.

The Court also declined to offer a stay while directing the CBI to go ahead with the interrogation of suspects and witnesses.
With the latest High Court verdict, the case of Viveka’s murder will take a huge turn.

Avinash tried to avoid the CBI questioning by saying that he has to attend the parliament session.

People were talking that Avinash Reddy might get arrested because he was one of the first persons to reach Viveka’s residence on the day the latter was killed.

The CBI is of the opinion that Avinash Reddy has credible information on Viveka’s murder and also suspects him. All exit routes are getting closed to Avinash one after the other and the CBI is coming close to him.

The people in the Telugu state say that everyone knows who is behind the murder and it was a political murder in the family of Viveka by his own family relatives.
