The Police are on High alert in Telangana as Prime Minister Modi and Congress chief Rahul Gandhi are campaigning here in the districts of Telangana. Two chief Ministers that is KCR and Chandrababu are campaigning at the same time and Prime Minister Modi and LOP are also moving around in the state.
BJP Chief Amit Shah is also in Telangana. The security has been beefed up in Hyderabad and also sensitive areas of the Old City.
Four VVIPs with high security are moving around in Telangana with thousands of people around and it is tough for them to maintain the security. It is more difficult in the areas where the Naxal movement is going on.
Special barricades and check posts have been erected on the roads to check the flow of money and liquor. The election commission has instructed the police to look into the flow of money. The polling is scheduled for 7nth and the results are on 11nth. Till such time the security and vigil have to continue in Telangana.
On the other hand, special teams from Delhi are also camping in Telangana as the Prime Minister and Leader of Opposition are moving in the state.
Police from other states are also taken to maintain law and order for the elections.
