The AP Assembly could not function on the 3rd day also . Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad could not control the agitated YSRC MLAs who were protesting at the podium by throwing paper missiles breaking mikes and using wire to create ruckus in the Assembly.
Women Marshals were also used to block the women MLAs of YSRC. At this juncture Bonda Uma TDP MLA said that the YSRC MLAs were behaving line rowdies throwing missiles at the speaker and the ruling party MLAs.
They were attacking Marshals also. He said that there was no other option but to wear helmets and sit in the house. MLAs will be forced to come with helmets on the heads so that they will be protected from the missiles being used by the YSRC members he said. YSRC leader Jagan was smiling at the helmet comet being made by Bonda Uma.
