Being a Sunday and Christmas Holiday there is a heavy rush at Yadadri today.It took more than two hours for the devotees for general darshan.
The queue lines were packed with devotees from the early morning of the day. The authorities had a tough time regulating the rush of devotees, resulting in the stoppage of darshan for some time.
Moreover, the devotees were also forced to stop at the queue lines and they were not allowed inside the temple for some time.
In view of the huge rush of devotees, personal vehicles were not allowed onto the Yadadri hill shrine by the devotees.
The Temple is charging Rs 500 for the pilgrim 4 wheelers coming to the shrine. At the same time free bus is also suttling to the temple dropping the pilgrims for free.
There is a need for more amenities like water and toilets on the shrine. The special darshan is also taking around one hour time for the Darshan.
The flow of pilgrims has gone up after the development by the KCR Government. The expansion and beautification have made all the difference and attracted the pilgrims in a big way.
