The government of Telangana Is gearing up for the Samuhik Ganesh Nimajjan procession to be held on September here in the city.
Artifical Tanks have been created in the respective areas for the Ganesh Nimajjan.
Thousand of police have been drawn from different states for the Bundobust of the Shobha yatra. Khairatabad Ganesh or the Bada Ganesh will be taken out very early on the day and it will be immersed in theTankbund lake waters.
The Government has declared a holiday to government offices, schools and colleges on September 17 in Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy and Medchal -Malkajgiri Districts given the Ganesh idols immersion procession.
The Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari in a Government Order said,September 17 shall be a Holiday to the Government Offices/Schools/Colleges located in and around Twin Cities of Hyderabad & Secunderabad, Ranga Reddy and Medchal – Malkajgiri
