Harish Rao the Former Minister and a close relative of K Chandrasekhar Rao was the main attraction at the Bhoomi Puja ceremony here at the secretariat for the new buildings. Ramanacahry the Government advisor was the first man to receive Harish and talk to him. But Harish was seen maintaining a safe distance from the Ministers and wishing them from a distance.
He was seen in a hesitant mode and did not socialise with the Ministers and other guests here at the state Secretariat. K Taraka Rama Rao the Working President of the TRS, took the initiative and talked to the former Minister Harish when the ministers and other guests were seeing and following them with rapt attention.
It may be noted that the absence of Harish at the site of Kaleshwaram during the inauguration was talked about and heartfelt by the people of Telangana. Now it looks like the CM has ensured that harish is present at the foundation stone laying ceremony of the new buildings for the state secretariat.
The Ministers and other guests were happy to see the participation of Harish Rao here at the secretariat. Most of them talked to him and some of them shook hands with him. Harish did not talk much with others, but he shared some light moments with KTR by taking him to the other side.
