A video of Hanumantha Rao’s comments against Harish Rao, hours before the release of BRS’s first list of candidates for Assembly polls, went viral on social media, causing huge embarrassment to the party leadership.
Mynampally made the statement against Harish from TTD along with his son after the lord’s Darshan. He announced that his son would contest from Medak and will win the seat.
However, despite the severe remarks against Harish Rao, Hanumantha Rao figured in the list of 115 BRS candidates released by the Chief Minister for upcoming Assembly polls.
When media personnel asked Chandrashekar Rao about the MLA’s outburst, he replied, “We have given a ticket to Mynampally. If he does not want to abide by the party’s decision, it’s his choice.”
Harish has his own style of working and maintains a low profile.
