It looks like Chandrababu Naidu badly needs NTR to campaign for TDP in 2019 to effectively face Jagan and Pawan Kalyan.
To counter Jagan it is easy with the political opponents.
But to take on the filmi people one can use only filmi guys and they should be effective. NTR has earlier proved beyond doubt he is a crowd puller like senior NTR and got good number of votes and seats for the party.
But Chiranjeevi failed with Prajarajyam and also the Congress. Now one has to see what will his brother Pawan do in the coming elections and will he get any seats. But to be cautious on his side, it is reported that Babu has started wooing Harikrishna the father of NTR. After Lokesh being made a minister, it is time that now Babu rewards some one from the NTR family.
The immediate post and good one available which can give lot of respect to the family is TTD Chairman. Senior NTR father of Harikrishna had lot of attachment with TTD and developed TTD like anything.
It is reported that now Chandrababu Naidu shifted focus to filling the posts of TTD Board after the completion Cabinet Expansion & MLC Polls. The term of Chadalavada Srinivas has come to an end and search is on for finding his replacement.
Rajahmundry MP Muralimohan, Narsaraopet MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao, MLC Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu and IAS Officer Lakshminarayana have been in race for TTD Chairman post.
To put an end to the lobbying, TDP Supremo made it clear that none of the public representatives will be given this opportunity.
According to highly placed sources Nandamuri Harikrishna is likely to be the next TTD Chairman. There is a remark on TDP leadership that NTR’s family has been sidelined since Harikrishna objected more importance given to Nara Lokesh in Mahanadu few years ago.
Harikrishna and Jr NTR have bunked the recent Mahanadu. So, the party High Command has decided to prefer Harikrishna as TTD Chairman this time to woo him and the entire family. An official announcement will be made after Balakrishna’s return from Portugal it is reported. Balaiah is busy with Puri for Paisa Vasool.
