All the four culprits in the Nirbhaya case should be hanged and there is no questioning of pardoning them the courts have decided so far. The curative petitions have been rejected one after the other.
Even the President of India Kovind also rejected the curative petition. The Department of Home has also approached the court that they must be hanged one after the other separately.
The Government is making arrangements to have them on 3rd that is Tuesday. But we cannot confirm that these 4 will be hanged on 3rd. So far several times the death has been postponed for the culprits after so many years.
There are some chances that these culprits might get the postponement with some reason or the other. The curative petition of one of the culprits Pawan Gupta has been rejected by the Patiala court today.
It is learnt that one more petition is pending with the President of India and it is likely that the president would dispose of it by this evening so that they can be hanged on Tuesday morning by 6 am.
