The Governor of AP talked about the 3 capital concept of the YSRC Government. He was talking to the members of the Assembly and also the council through the Video conference facility from Rajbhavan.
Perhaps this si the first time that the legislators were addressed by a Governor Via video conference during the Covid period. The members were seen feeling sleepy when the Governor was addressing them.
The Governor for the first time did not face the ire of the opposition directly in the house as he was in the Assembly during the speech.
The Government mentioned that all the welfare schemes will be implemented with more allocations this time and that the agriculture would be given due importance in this budget.
The Governor opined that the 3 capital concept was to see that the Governance and administration of the people become very easy. He talked about the administrative capital, the judicial capital and the legislative capital.
Earlier Amaravathi was supposed to be teh capital of Andhra Pradesh and people here are still sitting on dharna for the same.
