Tamilnadu in-charge Governor CH Vidyasagar Rao was a seasoned politicians before going to Maharashtra. He was in the Telangana agitation also. Many politicians including the BJP Rajya Sabha member Subrahmanayma Swamy are now questioning the attitude of Vidyasagar Rao.
Being a legal luminary Swamy said that now the Governor cannot take back the resignation of Panneerselvam. Now Governor has to form an alternative in Tamilnadu. As of now AIADMK has the majority and he has to take a call on the majority to be proved on the floor of the house if needed.
The Governor should not further delay the process. He has used the delaying tactics in the name of Supreme Court case on Sasikala. Both Sasikala and Panneerselvam are claiming majority. Majority of the MLAs are with Sasikala and they are in a resort near to Pondichery it is reported.
The Governor is expected to land in Tamilanadu at at about 3 pm. Sasikala and her MLAs are planning to meet him and parade before him. Panneerselvam is also planning to meet Vidyasagar Rao and stake his claim for the CMs post again he wants to take back his resignation. He has about 40 MLAs it is reported.
Now people are talking about Presidents rule also. If Vidyasagar Rao goes for the option of Presidents rule he will be making a big mistake. He should call who ever shows the majority for the time being. That is the right option.
For the time being people are of the opinion that the Governor is acting on the behest of the centre and acting like a politician.
