Governor and CM to unveil PV statue at Necklace Road

TRS MP and Chairman, P.V.Narasimha Rao Centenary Celebrations Committee Dr. K.Keshava Rao informed that The Hon’ble Governor Dr.Tamilisai Soundararajan and The Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri K.Chandrashekar Rao will participate in the closing ceremony of Late Sri PV.Narasimha Rao Centenary Celebrations to be held on 28th June 2021 at Necklace Road, Hyderabad.

Kesava Rao the MP along with Sri Somesh Kumar, IAS, Chief Secretary held a meeting with officials at BRKR Bhavan today and reviewed the arrangements being made in connection with Centenary Celebrations. Officials were directed to make elaborate arrangements in a befitting manner for this event.

Keshava Rao earlier said that as part of the closing ceremony on June 28, PV the great leader’s statue would be unveiled on Necklace Road, which has been renamed as PV Narasimha Rao Marg.

The PV statue is already getting ready for installation. The pedestal works are going on at the PV N marge here in Hyderabad. PVs daughter was made an MLC by the TRS party.

KCR the CM of Telangana will participate in the PV Jayanthi and will unveil the statue on the 28th of this month along with Governor Dr Tamilisai.

Arvind Kumar,IAS, Principal Secretary, MA&UD, Sri Vikas Raj, IAS, Principal Secretary, GAD, Sri Anjani Kumar, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, Sri Arvinder Singh, IAS, Director, Protocol and other officials attended the meeting.
