I have come to AP to meet Minister Perni Nani in connections with the ticket rates said Ram Gopal Varma popular as RGV. RGV was here at the secretariat in block five to meet Nani.
As a filmmaker and as a director I am here to negotiate with the Minister and explain to him the ground reality he said. But the Government will take the final decision he stated.
