Goat Milk and camel milk for Tea

These days people are using Camel Milk for tea in deserts. They are using the milk to make kheer also it is learnt. In Rajasthan, it has become a speciality at the Tea points to take camel milk tea.

The Tea preparation is the same as any other tea, but the Camel milk is used in the Tea preparation with a lot of water in it. In rural areas, Goat milk is being used for tea.

As the milk of Buffalo and Cows, Camel milk is also a big business in Rajasthan and other desert areas it is reported. Camel meat is cooked for the festival after sacrificing it to the gods.

It is done during Bakrid times. But the camel population is coming down drastically. The Buffalo milk packets are reaching the remotest of the areas now.

People need not depend on camels for milk. Milk tea as such is losing popularity. It is all green tea culture now. Lemon, Tulsi, Ilaichi, Corriandor, Menthol and other items are used in Green tea for flavour.

Ginger tea has been popular for decades. Hibiscus tea is also popular. Dalchini or Cinnamon bark chai is very costly. Herbal tea, tea for diabetes is also being sold now.
