Goat meet rates go up

In spite of the Korona threat, the meat rates are going up. A kilo of goat meat is costing around Rs 750 and if it is boneless the rates are still high.

The consumption has slightly come down it is reported. People are not eating meat outside. They are afraid that it might give them viral fevers. But the rates are not coming down.

It was found that the consumption of Chicken and eggs has come down to some extent due to the fear of Corona in the Telugu states. Taking this into account the poultry and fisheries department has arranged a get together where the Ministers and people participated in earring chicken legs and egg snacks.

Ministers K Taraka Rama Rao and Talabani Srinivas Yadav posed for photographs with chicken legs at people plaza. NTR stadium was filled with people who wanted to have fish snacks.

The idea was to clarify to the non-veg eaters that eating Chicken, fish, and eggs will not create health issues. KTR the Minister for IT clarified that egg and Chicken were cheaper and has better proteins than other forms of Non-veg.

Fim star Rashmika Mandanna also came to promote the Chicken meal here at the people’s plaza.
