Minister for Excise, Sports, Tourism and Culture, Dr.V.Srinivas Goud garu, has launched the brochure for 43rd Junior Girls National Handball Championship to be held at Saroor Nagar Stadium, Hyderabad from March 31 to April 4 at Minister Quarters in Hyderabad. On this occasion Dr.Goud said that the state of Telangana will soonly be made as a sports hub under the leadership of Hon’ble C.M Shri. K.Chandrasekhar Rao garu and a cabinet sub-committee on sports have been constituted with the ministers for sports development and infrastructure creation on international standards.
He further added that the department is making rural sports cars and as a part of the sports policy, the government of Telangana will going to formulate the best policy for the development of sports & sports infrastructure in the state. Dr.Goud said as Hyderabad is the city with the best sports infrastructure in the country under the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri.KCR garu, Hon’ble Minister for MA&UD, IT Shri.KTR garu are making plans to make Hyderabad as an International Sports City. He said that there is a good future for the players in the state of Telangana which is the only state that provides reservations for players in the fields of education and employment where Shri.KCR garu have announced cash prizes to the athletes from Telangana who have shown their best talent on the international stage and won medals for the State of Telangana.
