Giving further support to Green India Challenge being taken up by TRS MP Santosh Kumar, the Minister for Endowments has released a song today at Aranya Bhavan.
It is in praise of the GIC and also to propagate the theme of Green India Challenge in encouraging people to plant trees from time to time and encourage others.
Minister Indrakaran Reddy said that the levels of Oxygen have raised in the state by 4 percent with the program of Hritah Haram being encouraged by the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.
Like an extension to Haritha Haram the Green India Challenge is also spreading the message of greenery in the state of Telangana in particular and the country in General he said.
Vanajeevi Ramaiah said that he is getting some salary and from that also he is spending for the tree plantation. He wanted more incentive for spreading the message of trees in Telangana.
He has been planting saplings on his own all alone and has been named as Vanajeevi. The Minister and Ramaiah opined that the song of sipligunj will further encourage the people for Tree plantation.
