We think they just talk in the name of ease of doing business and TSipass. But both K Chandrasekhar Rao the CM of Telangana and the Minister for Industries KT Rama Rao the Minister for Industries were right when they said they were proactive and it was just single window system as they announced.

IKEA coming to Hyderabad first in India is one of the best examples for that. Otherwise, IKEA would have gone to other Metros. In fact, the Metro rail also helped Ikea in setting up the shop at Hitex. Giving the land to Ikea without any hurdles and red tape was another measure taken by the Government. Thanks to the dynamic Minister KTR who has been chasing IKEA via officials from 2016 onwards.

Minister KTR

The TRS Government after seeing an advertisement in the newspaper that it is setting shops in India has sent in an email on an official basis to the CEO IKEA and then everything followed in place.

The land allotment was done and the works were done on war footing basis and finally, it was KTR who launched the store and there are about 40000 footfalls on daily basis.

This shows the potential of Hyderabad. It was a tough competition with other states, but Telangana finally convinced the IKEA to come to Hyderabad. There are other instances of this kind when it comes to IT companies also.

It was KTR who took keen interest talked to them negotiated with them convince them and finally they are in Hyderabad giving huge business and showing large potential.
