TRS candidate Gellu Srinivas clarified that the TRS has not distributed any money for the Huzurabad election. He said that the BJP was making false allegations against the TRS.
Gellu said that it was BJP that was creating problems in the polling booths and trying to disturb the democratic process of voting. It was BJP leaders who have distributed the money he alleged.
Gellu charged that the BJP leaders were disturbing the poll process which was going on in a peaceful manner.
The police have stopped one of the vehicles in the Etela Rajender convoy which was not having any number. They said that the vehicle was not permitted with Etela.
Only one gunman was given to Etela. When it comes to the distribution of money, the voters came out in open and displayed the covers with Rs 6000 kept in them.
Money liquor and Non-veg was distributed in the Huzurabad election by all the parties. The Congress was not seen where during the polling day.
By 2pm around 50 percent voting was recorded according to unofficial sources. More than 80 percent will be recorded in Huzurabad for the by-election.
