CM Chandrababu Naidu has reportedly approved a new sand policy scheduled to be publicized by Minister Kollu Ravi in a press meet.
Babu has approved the new sand policy that mandates free sand distribution. The loading and transportation charges will be determined by collectors and are expected to be finalized soon.
The new TDP government has made sand allotment a free-of-cost proposition.
Beneficiaries will only need to pay a nominal fee for loading and transportation. This is to see that the poor people would build the houses at a cheaper rate.
