Former CM Jagan cannot do whatever he wants. He has been evading and avoiding Court for a long time. In the name of CM he was not attending the court. Now that he is just an MLA he cannot do whatever he wants.
His passport was under restrictions. “Jagan hadn’t been attending the court hearing on the defamation case(2018) that was filed against him.
But now that he needs to secure a passport, he has come to the court.
It is becoming evident that he is coming to court only when he wants something.”
Meanwhile, Jagan’s lawyer has been arguing that Jagan is a party chief and an MLA so he is busy which is why he is unable to attend the court session. But the High Court was having none of it as the judge reprimanded the YCP head on this matter.
More than 20 cases are against him and some more new cases are chasing him. In most of the cases he is the architect of the plot. If any one says that this was ordered by Jagan, he will be forced to be behind bars.
Viveka case is already pending against him. It is a murder case of his uncle. ED and CBI are waiting to take him into custody.
